The first pivot on the album (the order isn't really important) is Defusion. This skill helps you to stand apart from your thoughts so you can view them from a distance and not be "fused" with them.

It can feel weird to do this, almost like coming face-to-face with an alien living inside your head, or, to put it another way, like you just discovered a bug in your software.
